Our History
Times of Refreshing International Ministries was Founded on July 16, 2012 In El Paso, Texas. ​The vision that God gave Pastor James over a decade ago has come to reality. His congregation both at the church and his weekly fellowship has been a mixture of people from different backgrounds, color and exposure. He has been able to transform a God given vision from the imagination of thought into the material of reality and now he is trusting and working with God to take this ministry to the next level with an outburst of God’s power and glory transforming lives, impacting our communities with the love of Christ, and creating leaders for the next generation. Our Pastor is Committed to preaching the gospel of our Lord Christ Jesus to the lost in our communities and throughout the world, to raise up and equip believers in the realization of their God-ordained destiny as well as to raise leaders who will influence their communities through the demonstrated love of Jesus...

We have the commitment to train and to equip God’s people who come to our church to develop and grow into maturity in Christ so that they will manifest the character of Christ, make disciples of people in all nations and to influence the world around us with the love and purpose of God for these times.
